We now have a support page for users to interact directly with developers.  Users can ask questions, report bugs, and give suggestions.  The Get Satisfaction account is called “Kiva Apps”, and there are subcategories of “products” which are all of your apps (see here).  

Developers will be denoted on the site by an “Champion” banner (see here). 

Here’s how to get set up:

1.       Make an account here, and let us know (build@kiva.org) the email address you used to register the account.  We will add you as a champion.

2.       Once you are a champion, add a custom feedback widget to your site.

3.       Now you can field questions about your product, read user suggestions, and interact with other developers.

One of the big catalysts for building this site was to avoid user questions on our google group (which we want to reserve for developer/API conversation).  We intend for this to be a useful tool to manage the user and developer interaction, so please let us know if you have any suggestions.
